<description>[...] Bui instead adopted a much more old-fashioned method: using a file box with index cards to store and categorise tasks. Check the video for details of his system. Now, I suspect this method isn&#8217;t for everybody: I much prefer having this kind of thing on my BlackBerry, because then it&#8217;s always with me and it&#8217;s easy to back up, and many others work best with a purely online solution like Remember The Milk. <description>Hey Khoa,

Great concept and I can see the advantages of it; it can be tailored to personal and individual needs.

P.S. I hope that picture of the horses in the background is in the South corner of your office to strengthen the Fame &#38; Recognition sector:)</description>

<description>Thanks Scott, great to hear from you again mate!

I completely agree with you. :)

Everyone is different, some people like writing their todo list on a word document, some on two diaries, some on their calendar and some on a 3x5 box organiser.

Personally, I think what you've suggested is also a great idea to write your ideas on two diaries so your list is "imprinted" in your head. Very clever!

Cheers Scott for the feedback, have a glass of red for me :)

<description>Hi Khoa, your little box is an idea but I'm not sure if its the right one. everyone is different in the way they like to document or write down lists of things to do or ideas.
For me i use two diaries, one in my truck and one on my office desk. during to day if i have any ideas or things i need to do i write in my diary in my truck. Generally every day i take my diary from my truck and read it in my office.
If during the day I have had a important phone call etc i would re-enter the information into my diary on my deck.
My point is by writing things down more than once you tend to remember better and because everything these days is date driven what better to use diaries also to mention that its all in one book.
cheers and happy New Year.
